So hilft nur, Biometrie auszuschalten, oder Graphene zu benutzen, wenn man denn ein unterstütztes Handy hat.

Das OLG ist der Meinung, dass der Widerstand gegen das reine Entsperren nicht rechtmäßig gewesen sei.
Ob die Polizei dann auf die Daten des dann entsperrten Telefons hätte zugreifen dürfen, das sei nicht Gegenstand des Verfahrens gewesen.
Aber Verbotenes würde die Polizei ja nie tun, weil Amtsperson und so.
