People ages 18 to 34 who say they drink fell from 73% in the early 2000s to 59% in 2024, according to Gallup. That’s the lowest this century.Cameron Pugh (The Christian Science Monitor)

While #AI is accelerating at an unprecedented scale, so is the #ClimateCrisis. 2024 was the first year the 1.5°C #GlobalWarming limit was surpassed for the entire year. Yet, AI is being hailed as a "climate solution" while running on #FossilFuels, draining water reserves, and intensifying environmental harms.
A global coalition is calling for urgent action to bring AI in line with planetary boundaries! We, the signatories, are demanding accountability and climate action: greenscreen.network/en/blog/wi…

Actually, no. Voting machines are decentralized.
But saying something like this will get no love cause it pisses off both sides. Even those who agree with it will not want to share it because of how others will perceive them for doing so. So what could serve as push back against the misinfo and partisanship, never gets widely seen. And we move further along the downward spiral. Because we keep choosing tribalism over reason.
I don't think it's so simple. you can get into decentralized servers. You wouldn't need to get into all of them, just a couple of swing states.
Some places voting machines have Internet access, some places they don't.
But sure, the analogy is deeply flawed and there's no evidence presented so not ideal to be passing along.

Foundations laid for tribunal to try Putin for Ukraine invasion, EU says
International lawyers have “laid the foundations” for a special tribunal to try Russia for the crime of aggression, the EU has said, hailing a significant step towards holding Vladimir Putin and his top officials accountable for the invasion of Ukraine.
In a statement late on Tuesday, the EU executive declared a breakthrough that it said would mean the Russian political and military leaders “who bear the greatest responsibility” would be held to account.
The tribunal’s creation was initially proposed by Ukraine just days after the full-scale invasion, but for nearly three years lawyers have wrangled over finding the right courtroom.
