@WestLawns I was wondering about that too - Would it be worth sacrificing a bit of the numerical accuracy (maybe ameliorated with a label showing the actual numbers) to make the drop a little more obvious? Glancing at the final picture, it looks like there are fewer of both types of cells, but I wasn't sure if that was real or in the realm of artistic variation.
I feel a little dirty suggesting this - I think I've been trained to be suspicious of that artistic licence (or outright neglect) from too many bad infographics.
