what stands out to me is how disabilities with chronic pain disqualify someone from being really rich by her definition.
That's reasonable. Only, it surprised me and needed some thought as to why.
A food garden and farm animals as signs of wealth suggest someone can take care of them. Being able to enjoy tending to them and other chores suggests the work isn't agonizing or impossible to complete.
She has an able body and healthcare (which is not the same as health "insurance").

many people gauge poverty or wealth by what items are owned and where travel goes through and income amounts.
But health is wealth, too.
