..wasn't Trump one of the few on this planet who keeps insisting that tariffs are paid by foreign countries? 
Can you imagine how stupid the world would be if one country could unilaterally change the taxes in another country?
That's what Trump thinks tariffs are.
He thinks that by adding tariffs to goods imported into the US, the selling country pays the tariffs, which would be him adding a tax to goods produced in another country.
The man is an ignoramus.
People should point this out to him every single time he tells his lies. Shame him. Every. Single. Time.
China will pay for the tariffs. No, Walmart will pay for the tariffs. No, we will pay for the tariffs.
THIS is the real trickle down economics.
Edit: We also paid for the border wall.
