Tutta l'"automazione" dove il cliente esegue in autonomia delle operazioni è finta, in realtà sfrutta il lavoro gratuito dei clienti/utenti.
Moltissime aziende sfruttano questo lavoro gratuito: dai post/commenti su piattaforme on line, agli ATM e banking online, alle casse self dei supermercati, e così via...
