Wealthy people buy distressed farms at bargain basement prices. Vice President Vance himself set up a company that profited from bankrupt farms.
And why did all those white farmers vote to bankrupt themselves?
Because racism feels good.
They voted themselves out of business, and wealthy people profited. The Trump admin is a study in using the leash to control white people into working against their/our own interests.

Last year, based on my observations of Orange Stalin 1.0, I was arguing that Orange Stalin 2.0 would pull back from international military engagement as a cost-cutting measure, as protectionists, tend to do. I didn't anticipate that my nickname for him would turn out to be even more accurate than I thought.
Lest we forget, Stalin 1.0 helped start WW2 by invading Poland with Hitler. A historical fact suppressed after the Nazis attacked the USSR and they joined the Allies.

I've been mostly down in the dumps for the last 3 weeks, letting this minor back injury introduce way too many negative feelings. Today I decided to start getting ready for the next half of the Oregon Coast Trail, even though I'm not sure if I'll be on the trail in 1 week or 1 month from now.
