Oracle has a perpetual free tier for their cloud, which includes 200GB of block storage. They could presumably cut me at any time, but I’ve been running a pair of Nextcloud instances in their cloud for almost four years now. All of the files are synced to my computer so I wouldn’t lose any data if they did though.

It’s one option for those comfortable with configuring the system. Just make sure to enable full drive encryption on the server.
