Het wetsvoorstel blinkt uit in vaagtaal.
Zo mag de politie binnen deze nieuwe bevoegdheid géén onderzoek naar personen of organisaties doen,
maar wel persoonsgegevens geautomatiseerd overnemen...
(en dan doe je dus onderzoek naar personen of organisaties)
Het bevel wordt gegeven voor ten hoogste 4 weken, maar dit mag eeuwig verlengd worden, dus het is gewoon voor altijd.
