Besoin d' #aide pour une amie précaire ! je demande ici au cas où, elle est en catastrophe, sa jeune siamoise fait que vomir après tous les repas et une personne dit l'avoir vu boire, sa maitresse pas, elle joue mais elle vomit. La proprio est super précaire et a connu merde sur merde ce qui complique la situation avec peu de frais pour le véto, est-ce que des #asso aident avec ça ou #chat #vétérinaire #chatmalade

des moyens d'étaler les frais chez le véto? Aussi elle vomit tout, elle n'a pas encore été vaccinée d'où mon inquiétude. Elle fait de son mieux, ce serait soit une maladie attrapée au contact d'un autre chat pendant que la maîtresse était au travail (y'a un mois elle avait été mise dehors dans un squat, elle a recup son y'a deux semaines d'un ex violent qui l'a poignardée samedi dernier donc elle l'amenait au taff mais je connais pas tous les détails)

Sa maîtresse et la personne qui l'hébergent soupçonnent un coup de chaud mais ça a été les journées les plus fraiches hier et ajd à Tours, aussi elle sort pas en plein aprem et pas sans crème solaire. Elle est plus solide psk elle a la peau noire. Une de mes peurs ce serait un empoisonnement en mangeant qqch qu'il faut pas au jardin par exemple... Elle joue et est caline donc un coup de chaud paraît bizarre, un pb de rein aussi au stade du vomi. Peut-être le stress du changement

Si ça dure trop elle l’amènera chez le véto (en vélo sous la flotte), je vais aller les voir pour voir si je peux rassurer/faire l'entre deux mais c'est dur de chercher les infos en étant bombardé... si qqun sait évaluer l'urgence chez le chat/quand aller chez le véto/ce que je dois regarder ou dire quand j'y serais vous seriez adorable, ce que je dois dire au véto pour qu'il fasse un plan de paiement

car la maîtresse a juste le loyer pour son nouveau logement qu'elle doit intégrer la semaine pro, elle a pas encore vu d'asso pour femmes en danger ni fait de demande aah (elle a besoin d'un suivi psy et d'une reconnaissance la) donc c'est la précarité ++ elle vit que avec l'argent de la réinsertion au resto du coeur c'est 500e si j'ai tout compris et on doit l'aider dans ses démarches car elle est pas indépendante #handicap #femmebattue #violences #pauvreté

Coucou. Dans cette situation voir un véto me semblerait l’idéal. Les vétérinaires à tarifs solidaires ou gratuits existent. Mais je connais pas Tours en particulier. ça fait combien de temps qu'elle vomit? Ca pourrait être un empoisonnement.
Je pense que le mieux c'est d'aller voir unE véto et de dire quelle a été mise dehors par son mec et quelle n'a pas de tune et quelle demande si on peut au moins faire un premier diag et si elle pourrait étaler les paiements. Plein de gens n'ont pas les moyens et les vétos apprécient qu'on joue carte sur table. Certains sont adossés, comme les garagistes, à des banques, pour payer en plusieurs fois, ils sont capables de dire si ça vaut le coup de payer ou si la chatte est condamnée. Il faut y aller. De preference demain première heure, le mieux aurait été hier.

Meta has been accused of using faulty data to train an artificial intelligence climate tool, with scientists claiming the Big Tech group raised false hopes about the feasibility of removing carbon dioxide from the atmosphere at scale. The tech company said last year that it had helped researchers with the elusive problem of identifying materials to efficiently remove carbon dioxide from air, by publishing a "groundbreaking" data set on which it also trained free-to-use machine learning models. But none of the 135 materials that Meta's research said could bind COz "strongly" had that characteristic, while some did not exist, according to researchers from Heriot Watt University and the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne (EPFL). "I wish they had computed a bit less and thought a bit more," said Berend Smit, a professor of chemical engineering at EPFL, describing some of Meta's results as "nonsense". "You get the impression that the Big Tech mentality is do first, think later." Meta said in response that its data set was based on "valid calculations useful for training machine learning models". It added that it had "long believed in open sourcing technology ... because that approach promotes collaboration and innovation" Tech companies have invested in bringing down the cost of COz removal techniques - such as direct air capture (DAC) - as they prepare to offset their own carbon footprints, which have grown as they race to build generative AI tools.

Today, a second C2 Audi 100, this time a saloon seen at the Practical Classics resto show this car has the innovation I hinted at yesterday, a novel inline five-cylinder engine. The giveaway is the 5S grille badge; 5 for five cylinders and S signifying that this is the carburettor version (the injection model had a red 5E badge). @wauz du redest über Krieg und ich über die Abhängigkeit von Gas. Es ist einfach dumm, sich von fossilen Rohstoffen abhängiger zu machen als unbedingt nötig. Das wird auch langfristig nicht klug. Die Frage, wer die Pipelines gesprengt hat, ist nicht banal aber irrelevant.
