I can’t take too many cos the body gets tired processing them all at once. Tyrosine, like #ADHD audios, sometimes makes me tired as the brain gets more of what it needs, and I can feel how different it’s been lately with such a droop.

De reactie van de gemeente Groningen (mijn woonplaats) is dom en kortzichtig. Regel is regel, verbod is verbod. Zelf niets doen om de kanalen schoon te houden en een samenwerking bij voorbaat uitsluiten is echt belachelijk.
Deze mensen doen juist goed werk, werk samen, stel regels op en hou de kanalen schoon!

in reply to ItsCarryl has moved - see bio. • • •For context and clarity, I can’t take the usual #ADHD #medication cos they each worked for a few days and then made me shaky, and I was only on 10mg, don’t think you can go any lower. I’ve tried four different #nootropic mixes and Brain Boost by VitaVerve was the best since it didn’t work enough. The others made me so zingy that the final one, even at half the dose, had me on the PC for 19 hours. My back didn’t enjoy that, but I did the whole Underdark in Baldur’s Gate 3 😏
