A councilman in Danville, Virginia, was attacked and set on fire on Wednesday over what police are describing as a βpersonal matterβ not related to his position or politics.
According to a statement released by the Danville police department, the councilman, Lee Vogler, 38,
was attacked at the offices of a local magazine, where he is also employed.
The police said officers were dispatched at about 11.30am after receiving a report that a man had been set on fire.

It's to finance wars without directly taxing the citizens.
If the government could only spend our tax money, there would be no way to finance an empire.

It would be a great thing if the US could not finance the misadventures of World.
Zero foreign aid and zero military presence in any other country.
The US dollar is the reserve currency of the World and really it's the petrodollar so none of this is changing.

If by nation, you mean the people and the land, there is no public entity that serves our interests.
The Federal Reserve is a misnomer suggesting there are 12 independent banks operating for some regional interest.
The federal reserve is the worst of both Worlds. It is public enough to literally control the interest rate but private enough not to be audited.
Being officially part of the general government wouldn't change a thing.

I'll take the States strong and the general government weak.
Banking used to be local with a full reserve and the interests of the locals.
This is why handshake deals actually worked.
We can use US currency and it will be the convertible to gold upon request.
