The Atlantic on Thursday reported that a growing rift has emerged between Donald Trump and Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu.
Trump has become increasingly unsettled by the public backlash over "Israel’s" starvation siege on Gaza.
While Trump had previously offered Netanyahu a symbolic boost by attacking Israeli prosecutors handling his corruption case, and Netanyahu returned the favor by nominating Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize.

The US says it is going to impose sanctions on the Palestinians' self-governance organisation as well as the body that represents it on the international stage.
The sanctions affect both the PA which was established by the Oslo peace accords, and the PLO which was recognised after the same process as the official representative of the Palestinian people in return for it recognising Israel and renouncing violence.

Unknown parent • • •@HarriettMB The EHRC are about to issue their latest 'guidance' to Parliament
It will go directly to the Minister for Equality who will either reject it & request revisions or sign off on it
Given she's just appointed another TERF to replace Falkner she's unlikely to reject it
Once the minister signs it off it stops being 'guidance' and becomes law
No discussions, no debates or committees , no amendments, just a signature and bang it's law

in reply to Pam C • • •@HarriettMB Yeah but it's harder to get the Government to change a law once it's on the books than it is to stop the law in the first place
And in this case creating the law is trivial
It just needs Bridget Phillipsons signature
And that's it
