Unfortunately one of our voters forgot her wallet. She lives only 5 minutes away from the polling place, so after waiting a few minutes to see if she would come back for it, I walked over to her house to try to return it. Unfortunately there was no answer when I rang the bell, so I left a note. She didn't return before the polls closed, so we had to send it with our paperwork to the elections department for them to figure out what to do about.

In concession speech, Sliwa says he won't leave New York City
Sliwa conceded tonight and vowed to stay in New York and "fight for what we know is right."
"We’re not leaving to Florida or Georgia or North Carolina or South Carolina, Texas or Tennessee. We stay. We fight for what we know is right,” Sliwa said.
“We will hold the mayor-elect to make sure that he serves all the people and that socialism does not replace capitalism,” he added.
Sliwa also praised the booming voter turnout, saying, "I want to applaud everybody in New York City who came out to exercise their right to vote."
The New York City Board of Elections said earlier tonight that voter turnout hit 2 million ahead of polls closing, a milestone that hadn't been reached since 1969.

I’m watching the Virginia House of Delegates elections with a lot of interest. It looks like the GOP is getting TROUNCED.
Dems have picked up at least 11 seats, Republicans have lost at least 13.
Virginia has 100 Delegates. Going into the election, Dems have 51 seats, Reps have 49.
With the preliminary results, it looks like Democrats are going to win at least 62 seats and Republicans 31 seats. 7 seats are still very close, 2 leaning D, 5 leaning R.
