#Journal of an exhausted Dutch Pixy (Saturday, 06/12/2025).

Another short night. I woke up form a bad dream again, where the last thing I remembered was how I was running away from sometime trying to kill me with a bomb! 😔 My muscles were so tense! I felt my ear being sore, even without the piercings in them, so I guess I was glad that they were out, otherwise I guess that my ear would be even worse again... 😔

I got to the scale, where it showed me the same thing again. Even though I tried to snack less and exercise enough, my body still wants to stay on this weight. Ugh... I started the year just below 80, and since then, I've been above it, jo-jo-ing between the 83/84 and 80. I've been just below it a few times, but they never seem to last... So yeah, I got dressed, took my meds, and headed to the gym early again.

Of course it was busier again. I enjoyed the protein shake, emailed my friend, texted another friend, checked some socials... And then I got to the treadmill, as the seated bikes kept being in use by a group of younger folks. After I walked for 20 minutes, I wanted to try the cross-trainer again, as it would be good for my shoulders as well. I managed 7 minutes and then I started to feel a bit wobbly. I got uncomfortable, so I got off, and headed to the massage chair. After that, I for ready to head back home again.

Ugh, I felt so tired... I washed up and dressed. Got to the couch, where I worked on my blog post. And this time, I did remember to create a featured image, and set it ready for publication at 7. After two days of messing that up... 🫣

I switched on the Purple Beast (my PS5), and I downloaded one of The PS+ games of this month: LEGO Horizon Adventures. I played the prologue, and then my hands were sore already. Bummer! I worked on my puzzle for a while after that. Then, I fixed brekky and watched some telly while eating.

I went upstairs after that, where I rode my bike for half an hour. When I got back down, I got to the couch and tried to play the game again. I managed to get through a level, or at least a part of it. I went back to reading for a while, but I was so tired... I switched on the telly with some Downton, figured that I could doze off, should my brain and body allow that... Of course, I was yawning but I didn't sleep.

When my body got too sore from lying still, I got to the treadmill and managed to walk for 15 minutes. But my body was so sore, it felt like I walked for way longer than that... 😔 Then, I got back to the puzzle again. I made myself some food, and spend some more time reading.

I was so tired and frustrated with myself. I wanted to do more, do better, but I just could not get myself to do it. Ugh...

When the neighbor texted me for walkies with the black 🖤 fluff, it was raining some. But still, we had a nice walk. When I got back home I headed to bed. It didn't take too long for me to fall asleep.

And, of course, about 6 hours later, my body was sore and tight again, and I just had to get up and move around. I feel like I'm getting more tired every day... But hey, trying to keep going, so I started my "day" early again...
