"Una visita al atardecer": un pequeño relato sobre cómo, a veces, quienes ya no están regresan en forma de recuerdo, de música… o de un pájaro que se planta frente a uno justo cuando más se necesita.

I get the feeling that the band Terra Glitch is actually AI generated music. It's really well done, so I'm not sure, but the fact that all of their albums were released in the last 18 months makes the idea that it is not AI less plausible to me...

They are my new favorite band... I'm just not sure. Maybe very prolific?

Thats disappointing to hear. Bookmarked them to circle back to after your prior post.

@trashHeap @Bo Morgan Sadly this erosion of trust is a collateral damage from GenAI. Even human-made art that looks like it could have been AI-generated gets shafted in the natural process of rejecting slop.

What I find most Americans don’t seem to be aware of is just how badly the Chinese kick our ass at manufacturing consumer goods. Once a joke, now they do almost everything well (except manuals), and at a price point few countries can touch. That’s why just about everything you buy these days comes from China. Not just because it’s cheap, but because they’re also almost the only ones really making the products we wantnow. Thousands of makers have gotten out of the business of smaller …

consumer products. One could argue that’s because of the price of Chinese labor but a) that underrates their design, production and shipping skills, and b) that’s just the way it works in capitalism. They make a product that people want at a much lower cost. They have that comparative advantage. And we better figure out how to compete with all that if we ever plan to make anything except MAGA morons in the future.

Hey @MonaApp! Is it possible in the Mona 7 macOS app to resize the columns? If it is, I haven't been able to figure out how to 🙁
in reply to Mona app

Ahh, I see. I turned it on and the column width did expand, but I still can't adjust it manually. I guess there's probably no way to currently do that?
in reply to Jenkins

The column widths are not manually adjustable at this moment. They are dynamically adjusted based on the size of app window.

@MonaApp hey, I got the app on my iPhone about a year ago where I paid to use multiple accounts etc. I've been away from mastodon for a while & got an iPad, open the app for the first time in months & I can't use multiple accounts even though they're all still visible in the app. I've tried to restore purchases but I can't use more than one account on my iPad but I can on my iPhone. Is it meant to be this way?
in reply to Caroline

Hi there, please open the Mona Settings > Mona Pro on the iPhone and see if you purchased Mona Pro or Mona Pro Max. If it's Mona Pro, it would only work on one device type (iPhone), and you need to upgrade to Mona Pro Max to get the premium features on iPad.
