Maar dat is niet de meest effeciente manier om jezelf met griep te besmetten.
Veel effectiever is om de lucht die een grieppatient uitademt, zelf in te ademen.
Daarom: Zuiver de lucht. Met FFP2 maskers, HEPA luchtreinigers en ventilatie.
