It's utterly criminal that "account suspension" is even a thing supported in the data model for this kind of all encompassing account tied to continued use of physical devices you purchased and access to your own data and to basically everything in your life.
If fraud/abuse are a threat in the account provider's threat model, they need to implement fine grained suspension of the individual capabilities that may be fraud vectors (e.g. gift card redemption, new purchases, unsolicited new outgoing contacts, etc.), not the entire account.
