I got a bad headache tonight. I left the table and went to my room to see if I could find a meditation to do. I found this track on the Insight Timer app called "Tension Headache Relief Isochronic Tones 160Hz", and I was very skeptical but tried it, and it HELPED. Wow.
Got back to the table and told Jaime I'd found "headache music" and she said, "Oh, was it in the Insight Timer app?" Turned out she'd found the same one ages ago and uses it regularly!
