In other news, I’m taking an overdue break from weed this month and the cold sweats are so far the only withdrawal symptom bothering me.
Everything online says I need to lower my body temperature and sleep in a cool room. But if I’m already cold that will make me colder. I have thyroid issues and I’m basically perpetually cold. Anyone have any ideas on how to minimize the cold sweats that doesn’t include making me freeze?

It seems the #medmastodon instance disappeared very abruptly and this leaves lots of doctors, scientiests and academics effectively wiped off of the fediverse.
