@disisdeguey I read this week that there's a chance he might get off because of some failure of the police to read him his rights before they searched his house or something.

They'll find another way to get to him, of course. They're terrified of the amount of cross-demographic support he has, and when you add that to the anti-ICE, pro-Palestine, anti-capitalism movements, it's easy to see why the crackdowns are getting more extreme every week.

I personally like that these people are beginning to take their masks off.

Thiel seems even more unhinged than this person, but is shrewd enough to keep a relatively low profile, notwithstanding the occasional interview where he's sweatily foretelling the arrival of the antichrist.

such a horror - I happen to know some of the NHS 40 yrs ago, when it still was the worlds greatest health system. There is almost nothing left of it. Neoliberals and neoconservatives turned it into a nightmare for everyone in need of medical services.

@energisch_ @AbramKedge I just hope we donโ€™t wait for some sky god to mete out justice for the poor and marginalised. The people need to do this. And soon! Billionaires suck.

@smilingheretic @energisch_ @AbramKedge It's against my nature to be too optimistic about these things, but one of the reasons I started doing these threads is because it really seems like something is shifting *globally*, especially since the genocide and the Gen Z protests. It's why I've started putting Nemik's Manifesto at the end of the threads, to remind us that the frontier of the revolution is everywhere โœŠ ๐Ÿ˜Š
