is this for real? someone said they accidentally reported my account and said to contact this person now they say they want me to change my email address

edit: confirmed scammer. do not respond to a text like this

this is the original screenshot I got from the person who said they accidentally reported me. very suspicious since I've never even gotten a notification that one of my posts was reported or deleted, and I've never posted a phishing or financial scam post ever. 

edit: confirmed scammer. do not respond to a text like this 

screenshot saying my account is queued for deletion because it's been reported many times for phishing and financial scams????
