Belgium's #PM said using $160 bln of frozen #Russian assets for a #Ukraine loan is “fundamentally wrong” and says it may threaten a peace deal.

#Belgium has resisted this scheme, despite other EU leaders backing the plan. This comes as #Ukraine's budget deficit threatens IMF support.
