in reply to Eugene McParland πΊπ¦ • • •What is frightening is the full power that Trump grants over the Peace Council. Normally it was only for the reconstruction of Gaza, but now they want to be an "alternative" to the UN.
And there is no permanent seat. Only the "president" is authorized to invite new countries to sit there. A payment of at least $1 billion is required for candidates for a 3-year term.
And if we want to stay longer we have to print money. Literally a subscription to a Security Council.
