Finally read through. Meticulous description of the lowest delta/fan layers, but not yet covering all the interesting details our untrained marstodonian (sic) eyes saw in all those amazing photos. The proposed models aren't hard to grasp. Minus points for not using "bacon strip" as a shorthand for the most interesting formations 🙃

Fig 24, sketch of the proposed depositional model. Starting with a base of igneous material (Máaz lava flows filling topographic lows of Seitáh), an alluvial fan after the Neretva breach leaves the lowest sedimentary layers. When the lake fills, conditions are right for the "bacon strip". As the delta progresses, the spectacular Rockytop outcrops build up as foresets.
