Look at how one of my drumsticks ended up 😅

In September I formed a band with two friends and we started rehearsing songs on a weekly basis pretty much right after forming.
We gave our first concert last Friday at a party, played a set of five songs. There were calm ones like Piano Man and some that were more aggressive like The Bends. The last song on the set was Basket Case and we played it twice because they loved it so much. After playing the whole thing I was really exhausted and was surprised to find that I broke one of my drumsticks. Maybe I shouldn't have gone that hard on the drums 😂
Anyways probably gonna buy some new if these ones turn impossible to play with, but I'll try not to break them at every show or else it'll end up costing me a lot.

Still, it was a very fun first gig and my friends and I hope there are gonna be a lot more after!
