Looks like there's a graphic glitch that puts the acute accent (tonos or oxeia) on the lambda rather than the iota. It should be:

φῐ́λος • (phĭ́los)

But in the picture, it looks like:

φῐƛος • (phĭłos)

For a moment, I thought ‘what does a barred lambda mean in ancient Greek?’ But of course, that is a later innovation made for writing indigenous American languages: en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barred…

I think it's a very common error. Some fonts and typesetting systems can't handle too many stacked diacritics
