Job Garcia is a 37 year old PhD student and US citizen who works at Home Depot to help pay the bills. When #ICE Nazis came to his Home Depot to round up all the "criminals" 
he started filming the raid. He was tackled to the ground, arrested, and held for 24 hours. He was released without charges, because of course he did nothing illegal.
He is going to sue now. Not all heroes wear capes.
