I *just* replaced the keyboard on my @frameworkcomputer laptop, ordered and paid a replacement myself despite them admitting at some point that the original keyboards had a manufacturing defect that lead to some keys intermittently stopping working. I did because I was happy to not ship away my laptop and just swap out the keyboard myself when convenient.
*Literally just ordered* a new battery to upgrade my old battery, and contemplated swapping out the motherboard too, soon.
So obviously Framework decides that supporting, promoting supporting and *defending* promoting & supporting emboldened fascists and their pet projects is going to earn them brownie points with the emboldened fascists that are orchestrating a complete takeover of the divided states of America.
Great.

in reply to Flaki • • •Okay, honestly? Yeah, the company reply is crap, but more important: Other people in that community reply that they are glad about this "big tent" approach in those times where "everything is politics".
...which, by the way, is a position only people can take, who have the privilege not to be politicised just by existing or going to a bathroom...
Anyway, it seems that most of the community around framework agrees with that. And that is my big take away from that. It's good enough for me to stay the fuck away from anything related to them. Thank you for sharing.
