Contact is stuck in pending

Today I installed friendica through yunohost (now 2023.03-dev). When adding a contact, it is normal if the contact does not need to manually approve the follow request.
However, when the contact needs to manually approve the follow request, even if the contact approves it, this contact is still shown in Contact - Pending.
I tested this with my other accounts (Mastodon / Friendica). How can I solve this problem? Thank you!

pen2@tomoe.fedipen.xyz this is my newly friendica account.

1) try to add asherpen@letus.inspiredlife.fun (friendica, Account types set to "Standard"), on asherpen@letus.inspiredlife.fun I received follow request and approved as friend. But on pen2@tomoe.fedipen.xyz the asherpen account is still in the Pending contacts. While on asherpen@letus.inspiredlife.fun, pen2@tomoe.fedipen.xyz is in the mutual friend.

2) try to add pen@fedibird.com (Mastodon, require follow requests). After I approve the request, fedibird.com said pen2@tomoe.fedipen.xyz is following me, while on tomoe.fedipen.xyz, pen@fedibird.com is in the Pending contacts. I try to follow pen@fedibird.com on fedibird.com, follow request is sent but tomoe.fedipen.xyz can't receive it.

3) try to add pen@social.outsourcedmath.com (friendica, Account types set to "Soapbox") and this time succussed.

"yunohost (now 2023.03-dev)" first of all the YNH package should NOT use the dev version of Friendica, but the latest stable "2022.12~ynh1" - what does your Friendica YNH install says for the version? 2022.12~ynh1? But in yourdomain/friendica you see 2023.03-dev?

@Tio YHN install says for 2022.12~ynh1. After installation, the /friendica says 2023.03-Dev:

Yes that's bad and we are trying to fix it now. It is the second time this was done....I will take charge of the updates for the YNH package from now on so I make sure the commits are from stable and not random from dev.

You have a new install? Or you upgraded from an older version?

Ok that's good at least. After we fix the ynh package you should install again and use the stable branch so you can better debug it.

@Pen² L I tested all your mentioned accounts by just searching for them in the search form:

  • pen2@tomoe.fedipen.xyz - OK
  • asherpen@letus.inspiredlife.fun - OK
  • pen@fedibird.com - OK
  • pen@social.outsourcedmath.com - OK


Some were slow to add as it seems that a local - aka. "remote contact" - copy (URL: /contact/XXXXX) didn't exist yet but they now have a remote account here.

@Pen² L I guess that MIGHT work. But cleanly is with a new sub-domain.

It seems OK now...all I have done is just disabled the blockbot addon(which I don't think it's the reason...)
Maybe a new install friendica site just needs more time to finish some work before everything ready.
I will do more tests in the next days😀
