Contact is stuck in pending

Today I installed friendica through yunohost (now 2023.03-dev). When adding a contact, it is normal if the contact does not need to manually approve the follow request.
However, when the contact needs to manually approve the follow request, even if the contact approves it, this contact is still shown in Contact - Pending.
I tested this with my other accounts (Mastodon / Friendica). How can I solve this problem? Thank you!

in reply to Pen² L • • •1) try to add asherpen@letus.inspiredlife.fun (friendica, Account types set to "Standard"), on asherpen@letus.inspiredlife.fun I received follow request and approved as friend. But on pen2@tomoe.fedipen.xyz the asherpen account is still in the Pending contacts. While on asherpen@letus.inspiredlife.fun, pen2@tomoe.fedipen.xyz is in the mutual friend.
2) try to add pen@fedibird.com (Mastodon, require follow requests). After I approve the request, fedibird.com said pen2@tomoe.fedipen.xyz is following me, while on tomoe.fedipen.xyz, pen@fedibird.com is in the Pending contacts. I try to follow pen@fedibird.com on fedibird.com, follow request is sent but tomoe.fedipen.xyz can't receive it.
3) try to add pen@social.outsourcedmath.com (friendica, Account types set to "Soapbox") and this time succussed.
