Yes this means your router will do the translation and be a proxy to access those devices. But I doubt they are high bandwidth or high traffic devices if they are ipv4 only. In clear you can treat them as if they are in a totally separate network. The same way you access ipv4 only services on the internet. DNS64, NAT64, 464XLAT are great tools to solve that issue.
