in this world, never a bad time for apocalyptic dark humor. It's that, or scream, scream incessantly into the night.

(I'm not saying that nihilism is an excuse for inaction, just that it's better mental health care than constantly getting your hope sup only to have them repeatedly crushed under the boot of capitalism and propaganda.)
