I really need to learn #PCB design.

I'll be going with #KiCad, and I'd love to hear any useful tips you have.

I think I can probably figure out the basics on my own, but I'd be interested in best practices, especially about:

• library management

• schematic design

• silkscreen conventions

• keeping projects in Git, in a self-contained way (i.e. with all required files to share the design online)

• designing stuff to be mounted in enclosures

Video preferred, but text works, too.
