When my ex-husband moved out he left quite a lot of his possessions, including the Best Dad mug the kids had bought him. I decided to start using it to clean my mooncup in. Eventually he took the mug back. I hope his tea tasted nice.

100 years of New Yorker.

For its 100th anniversary, The New Yorker put its entire magazine archive online. (For paid subscribers, anyway.) Gaza Civil Defense confirmed that tents have proven to be a complete failure in the Gaza Strip and called on relevant authorities and international institutions to categorically stop bringing tents into the area.

It explained that tents, made of plastic materials and wood, cannot withstand heavy rain, cold, and strong winds. At the same time, ninety percent of the Gaza Strip has been destroyed by the Israeli genocide, and the remaining homes are at risk of collapse, threatening the lives of those who seek refuge in them.

Tens of thousands of families have been affected by flooding and damage to their belongings due to the rain. Calls for the entry of appropriate shelter equipment continue to receive no response from the guarantors of the ceasefire agreement or from international and humanitarian institutions.
