Il prodotto alimentare italiano tra i più rinomati è stato associato in queste ore a una minaccia per la salute dei cittadini. L’allerta campeggia sul sito del ministero della salute italiano.
Attraverso il sistema di allerta per alimenti e mangimi Rasff (Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed) le autorità sanitarie francesi hanno infatti comunicato che stanno indagando su cinque probabili casi di botulismo legati al consumo di pesto di aglio in scatola. Pesto all’aglio artigianale: qual è la marca a rischio botulino Il prodotto è denominato pesto a l’ail des ours, della marca O Ptitis Oignons, e tutti i vasetti sono stati ritirati dal commercio. Lo rende noto il ministero della Salute sul sito web. “Poiché dalle indagini svolte è emerso che le condizioni artigianali di produzione non garantiscono la sterilizzazione della conserva, è stato deciso dalle Autorità francesi, a titolo precauzionale, il ritiro e richiamo di tutti i vasi prodotti (tutte le date di produzione, tutte le date di scadenza) ed è stato diffuso anche un avviso di sicurezza”, si legge. Dalle informazioni note si tratterebbe di circa 600 vasetti. La distribuzione è esclusivamente locale ma, nella notifica, è riportato che le conserve di questo pesto sono state vendute direttamente ai consumatori solo in occasione di alcuni eventi e festival in Francia.
