Die EU ist halt als Wirtschaftsraum gegründet worden und es hat leider nie eine öffentlich diskutierte und politisch gewollte Transformation in ein akzeptiertes demokratisches politisches Gebilde stattgefunden.
Und momentan stehen die Zeichen der Zeit nicht so, dass es demnächst noch einmal erfolgen könnte. Das Zeitfenster wurde erstmal verpaßt. Leider.

The filter was not triggert in the original post but in the responses to it. I filtered for "vegan" and the instance address is "veganism.social". Perhaps the filter should ignore handles or scan the post text only.

I’d rather not introduce exceptions in the NSFW addon as it is meant to be as simple as possible. For more specific uses, please use the Advanced Filter Addon where you can define regular expressions. In this case, you’d want “vegan” to be its own word, which wouldn’t match “veganism”.

@VegOS I don’t know, patterns work better with positive assertions, and what you asked is hard to formalize into a positive assertion. What I suggested to you wouldn’t match “@veganism.com”, but only because it’s “veganism”, as “@vegan.com” or “vegan@example.com” would be matched and result in a collapsed post.

It’s nice to see technology moving forward but this is like for the 1% of the human race. I can’t imagine the price on a phone with four screens. He doesn’t give it sadly in this video but it makes no difference since it will be expensive.
The cool thing is DEX works on this with just a keyboard and mouse. The screen is big enough at close to 11” that no external monitor is required.
One day I hope we can have an affordable phone that we can dock at home and live the one computer life.

Just after lockdown, I drove to a local music store only to find it had closed. But, in the very front, a new to town guitar tech was renting the space to start his own business. I got to know him, had him set up a few guitars, and found him to be a good guy. Now, a few years later, he has his own space, sells a curated selection of great used guitar gear, and just fixed a long standing issue with my acoustic. Plus an hour of chatting and trying out gear!
