Interesting that a PHP security hole almost happened because a hacker hacked PHP's Git server and added malicious commits ... so in response they moved to GitHub.
If a big Open Source project like PHP doesn't feel comfortable managing their own infra where does that leave smaller projects?
PHP is perfectly good for what it was designed for — creating and maintaining Rasmus Lerdorf's Personal Home Page — but I don't think anyone would call it a well engineered platform.

The intro is a bit misleading. He was a general plastic surgeon, doing some work for Epstein referred customers.
Then he switch to performing trans surgeries.
I wonder if that was a tactic to get away from Epstein: there is no way that Epstein would want his victims to be associated with a clinic that has a trans clientele.
