Bonjour les fées, les mammouths, et toutes les dernières secondes de l’automne.
A while ago, I shared the idea or starting a support guppe (group) here for people with chronic illness that want to work on their health/fitness.
No matter what level/intensity, no matter how "high" or "low" the goals.
A group where we can support each other, to share the wins, but also the losses.
A place where people understand the battle.
But, I wonder about a name that would suit most of us...
ChronicWarriors?
FitTogether?
Any ideas???

This is a vintage tole chandelier that I painted with oil paints after having removed the wiring and primed the metal with self-etching primer. I adore the profusion of vibrant flowers.
