Seems like an overbroad conclusion - "workers who use AI to help them in their jobs only gain a little productivity" is not the same as "AI can't replace workers".
Seems to ignore the possibility of jobs that AI can be targeted specifically at replacing workers wholesale, rather than helping workers. For example, customer service chatbots. Obviously there will be human customer service reps remaining, but first-line-of-contact ones might be decimated in some cases.
