It makes sense Oceania bombed Eastasia, because we have always been at war with Eastasia.

💯 I’ve been thinking a lot about Orwell and 1984 today. Doublespeak to the max.

When I applied to build this house, Highland Council came back with some ridiculous conditions. Too many to list, but one that sticks out is that I must "Plant some trees". I asked politely where exactly they wanted me to plant them... They never got back.

For any Laurel & Hardy fans out there, we’re in the final hours now of your chance to order @Fezorama’s deluxe Sons of the Desert fez, which is a very close match to what they wore in the film.
Get on it!

This house has large cage in the middle of it and there is absolutely no mention of it in the description.

I've been sitting in my comfy #Markdown cottage, sipping a nice warm drink and eyeing off Vim and Emacs out the window. Wondering if I'll go play with one or the other, or leave 'em both to it.

But then it hit me — I'm a Keyboard Maestro user who's always making macros for things I do often, using keyboard shortcuts that often begin with ":" followed by a series of letters.

Well I'll be! I've been creating a vi-like environment for years without knowing what I was doing.

@hyde I’ve heard #Vim described as a classic chef’s knife and #Emacs as Minecraft.

“When the Vim knife doesn’t interest you you’re going to put it down and do something else. Unlike Vim, Emacs offers the temptation of infinite (unnecessary) customisations.”

I think you can spend a lot of time customizing your vim/neovim too... Both have "crazy" fans behind their project 😅

Officials Concede They Don’t Know the Fate of #Iran’s #Uranium

A day after #LiarInChief #Trump declared that Iran’s #nuclear program had been “completely & totally obliterated” by American bunker-busting bombs & a barrage of missiles, …senior officials conceded they did not know…[jack].

Both #JDVance & Rafael Grossi, the head of the #IAEA, acknowledged there were questions about the whereabouts of Iran’s stockpile of near-bomb-grade nuclear material.

Apparently it all kind of depends on what your definition of 'obliterated' is.
in reply to Nonilex

it's ok. They should ask trump, he seems pretty sure he knows everything. I'm sure he could explain it all...
