I kinda remember looking into the software route months ago and the OS (can't remember which 1) that was recommended here didn't have my phone on its list. 🤔
I don't understand why it's not the entire screen that would stop responding. 🤷♀️ If it's a software thing then why not the entire screen?
If I try a different OS and it's unsuccessful, will there be a way to revert to the original 1? Or will my phone get, uh, how you say... bricked? 😶 Hmm.. That'll be a good excuse to buy a new 1. 😅

One more thing : maybe do not reinstall all your apps after the reset and wait a few days, just to check if it's ok. Then if the problem do not seems to exists anymore, you can re-install them. If it appears again after that, maybe one the apps you're using is messing with your phone ?
