It's a propaganda that benefits both the US and Russia. It's a conservative web of lies that focuses on making people feel helpless to enact change and should submit to the will of the powerful instead.
MAGA & Russia aren't allies in the traditional sense, but their interests are deeply aligned.
For lack of a better word, they are both Putinist.
