Last week, “this Congress” voted on a one-time suspension of military aid to Israel (500 million US dollars).
The result was 6-422 against it.
In the meantime, it is fair to say that Israel and AIPAC call the shots in the United States, so only what helps Israel gets done - while Americans get poorer and poorer and die in weather disasters or plane crashes because the budget for the relevant services has been cut.

When it comes to wars in other countries (e.g. Iran), she has clearly positioned herself against them, which is to her credit in this case. The same goes for Tucker Carlson, who I wouldn't be writing about if he didn't ask the kind of questions you'd expect a normal journalist to ask.

In the past, she has shown clear signs of anti-Semitic tendencies. I'm not sure if this was deliberate, or if it can be linked to the biblical “murder” of Jesus - although according to the Bible, Pontius Pilate ordered the murder, not “the Jews”.
In the case of Israel, I think she's just fed up with the fact that you have to follow their orders if you want to keep your political position, and says in a very clear way “America first”.
