One of my favourite new-to-me things in Iceland that I found this year was this information booth/rest stop on top of a mountain pass in East Iceland. If you're going to see puffins in Hafnarholmi harbour, you wouldn't miss it. Clean and free public toilet, great view. What's not to love? 🙂

Does anyone have a good resources that describe how ADHD "out-of-sight-out-of-mind" can affect communication? The way that we might not think to message a close friend in months, and that this in no way reflects the friend's importance to us?
Or more generally, the way that ADHD can mean that I'm great at acting on things in the here-and-now, great at responding when something happens. But bad at remembering to do periodic tasks without prompting.
