Waltham Cross has the weirdest charging station I've visited for a while. Sixteen Osprey chargers in the loading bay *behind* a retail park which has a massive car park. No footpath to the McDonald's and Costa located in that car park.
On the plus side, it's Osprey with Kempower kit, so fast and reliable.
