Does anyone know of a free online alternative to Google Docs or Office 365? I want to be able to write on the go without have to bring my personal laptop everywhere I go, but be able to use any of my devices.
I could use a file share system, but I think that might not be the most effective.
Perhaps something that I could install on my personal website/server.

Definitely, doing Montréal-Ottawa as the first phase of #HSR in Canada is the right way to go. But we need to plan for the longer term as well, since doing just that phase would be of limited value. How we plan to connect Montréal to the East affects where we should site the main Montréal station.
Now is the time for public meetings, environmental assessments and the beginning of assembling a right-of-way to go beyond the first phase.
