According to Chris Titus (over at ChrisTitusTech.com ) #Microsoft #Recall is #mandatory for #24H2 installs. Seems like he and his team at #MicroWin have figured out how to rip part of it out (see the YT vid below) but most users won't know this is an option. Much less how to turn it off.
