Actually, that's what I'm repeating constantly when it comes to European far-right parties like RN, AfD, Fratelli d'Italia, etc.. Those are all Putin sycophants - or used to be after "distancing" themselves (which should be taken with a grain of salt).

An APT hacking group known as #GoldenJackal has successfully
🔥breached air-gapped government systems in Europe
💥using two custom toolsets to steal sensitive data, like emails, encryption keys, images, archives, and documents.
According to an ESET report, this happened at least two times,
one against the embassy of a South Asian country in Belarus in September 2019 and again in July 2021,
and another against a European government organization between May 2022 and March 2024.
In May 2023, Kaspersky warned about GoldenJackal's activities, noting that the threat actors focus on government and diplomatic entities for purposes of espionage.
Although their use of ❌custom tools spread over USB pen drives, like the '#JackalWorm,' was known,
cases of a successful compromise of air-gapped systems were not previously confirmed.
Air-gapped systems are used in critical operations, which often manage confidential information,
and are isolated from open networks as a protection measure.
Technologically? This roadmap (codeberg.org/fediverse/fep/src… ) plus good access control, plus good Groups/community support. Generally? Smooth painless user onboarding (without the confusing "select your instance" barrier). And excellent developer docs (at least Bluesky level).

Forums Are Still Alive, Active, And A Treasure Trove Of Information
When I want information, like the real stuff, I go to forums. Over the years, forums did not really get smaller, so much as the rest of the internet just got bigger. Reddit, Discord and Facebook groups have filled a lot of that space, but there is just certain information that requires the dedication of adults who have specifically signed up to be in one kind of community. This blog is a salute to those forums that are either worth participating in or at least looking at in bewilderment.What follows is a list of forums that range from at least interesting to good. I will attempt to contextualize the ones I know well. This post is by no means supposed to be complete and will be updated whenever I find more good forums.
