Today's my birthday and it is also Saturday, so I thought doing a "reading day". Can I do it? Not thinking in things that need to be done and just read?
I've chosen three books, let's see if I can go through all of them.
I woke up around 6h30 (naturally, my brain is doing this now), I have my armchair, my blanket, the lamp on (still too dark outside), my hot tea (Pumpkin Chai), and my books.
It's almost 7 am now and I'll start with The Invisible Host, which you can see from the cover I'm most curious about.
See you in some hours!

@Muse - Our local professional company, Shakespeare Santa Cruz, used to be filled with refugees from the Royal Shakespeare Company; they were never mic-ed, they knew how to project their voices, even if that involved a lot of spitting. Younger actors seem to have less skill with voice articulation and projection - and thus need to be mic-ed and backed by a good sound reinforcement system run by someone who knows their stuff.
That lack of skill of articulation and projection seems to have hit TV and movies hard, and badly. We are surprised at how many new TV shows we have to pause and go back to try to understand what was said, even to the point of turning on captioning. It's rather difficult to forgive TV/film people for poor capture of comprehensible voice - it's rather a sign that the director's attention is more on the scenery than on the actors or the story.

Ello frens and fans of Arwen
Aaaand.... Trying to make Arwen happy... 🐾
I'm intending on some gaming today. So, as I thought the weather would be OK enough, we just headed to the Herperduin.
There's some wets falling from the trees as there's a slight drizzle. And... I forgot to add new cookies to my pocket, so I hope I have enough 🫣...
But we're in the woods and Arwen is getting all the sniffs.
No ball yet, as she's not allowed to swim yet. But... It is warm enough for her to paddle through the low water a bit when we get there.

Look at this incredible crab! It's a decorator crab, also known as a coral crab. It's covered in colorful anemones and sponges, which it uses for camouflage and protection.
Fun Fact: Decorator crabs carefully select and attach these organisms to their shells, creating a unique and personalized disguise
