The more we dive into organizing for #KamalaHarris here on the fedi with folks on @KamalaHarrisWin...

Or watch what @heidilifeldman has created with her #MastodonForHarris campaign...

Or get amazed by @charlesgaba's use Mastodon and BlueSky for his huge cross-platform fundraising ...

...the more happy I am with this article Heidi and I penned earlier. There's a bigger story waiting to be told post-US election. Check it out here: wedistribute.org/2024/09/the-r…

I love the idea that organization or individual can pull their RSS and publish here. Watching, learning and reading @heidifeldman @unsensorednews. I also voted!

Not the best but this video does a good sum up about how bad the 'tv' show #Cocomelon is for young kids

This was also on Dutch TV recently by @arjenlubach

in reply to stux⚡

The creators of the show don't care one bit about your kids, they only care about the one thing..

Money.

There is a reason it was bought for $3 billion dollars

@o_simardcasanova
Well, to be fair, you CAN download and upload your posts here and not lose them on Mastodon, but point taken that the migration is still getting there, but #ActivityPub is working that out for future version.

I'm still confused how BlueSky migration of social graphs would work IF there were another non-BlueSky entirely other ATproto service overall - and how that would work in terms of interoperablity with those users on the BlueSKy service.

in reply to Tim Chambers

@tchambers @o_simardcasanova Is that a new Mastodon feature or supported by a third-party tool? I know I can export my posts, but I wasn’t aware of any ability to import those into another Mastodon instance (and it wouldn’t typically work for non-Mastodon instances because the URL path formats are not the same across implementations).

dough in bowl was in the oven with light (bulb). Thats been so useful - we use it for setting yogurt too.
in reply to Das

I usually do it in the microwave with a cup of hot water, but I forgot to start that and got distracted. I might get enough rise tonight to just knead in the blue cheese and pop it in the fridge and the second rise tomorrow. Though I still haven't made up my mind about the blue cheese yet (does it go with veggie cream cheese? does it go with semolina/buttermilk bread at all?)
